Zucchini blossom, Fleur de courgette, Fiori de zucca. Whatever name you like, we grow them.  All blossoms are hand picked daily, pre-cleaned, stacked and refrigerated until delivery to stay open for easy stuffing.  This beautiful delicacy is in season all summer.

Silverskin’s hefty bulbs are covered with pure white wrappers. A mild-flavored garlic, it develops a stronger bite in storage. Available summer through fall.

Fresh picked garlic has a more mellow flavor, not yet cured and dried. Available  early summer.

Brussel Sprouts have been cultivated since as early as the 1500’s, and have taste similar to that of cabbage. Available through fall.

Artichokes are in the thistle family. The edible part of the artichoke is the immature flower bud!  Available through fall.


Basil $3/bunch

Tender, fragrant, extra-large, dark green leaves. Available spring through fall.

Onion $2/ea.

Large globe-shape. White, yellow and red available summer through fall.


Spring Onion $3/bunch

Spring onions can be sliced to garnish salads, in stir-fries, soup or nasi goreng. They can also be cooked whole, top and tailed, and stuck on the barbecue to char grill. Spring onions are very young onions that are pulled out of the ground when they're still thin-skinned and mild in flavor. They resemble scallions in appearance and flavor. Available spring through summer.

Dark red, tender and sweet. A dual-purpose vegetable, the deep green tops can be cooked like swiss chard! Available through summer.
